Classic Creamy Rice Pudding

Ingredients
- ½ cup OG Foods Cream of Rice
- 2 cups milk or plant-based milk
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring milk to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- Slowly whisk in the Cream of Rice to prevent clumping.
- Reduce heat to low and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thick and creamy.
- Stir in sweetener, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
- Serve warm or chilled. Top with fruit if desired.
2. Protein Power Porridge
Serves: 1
Time: 8–10 minutes
Ingredients
- ½ cup OG Foods Cream of Rice
- 1½ cups water or milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tbsp nut butter (optional)
- Fruit or toppings of choice
Instructions
- Bring water or milk to a simmer.
- Whisk in Cream of Rice and cook for 5–6 minutes until smooth.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 1 minute.
- Stir in protein powder until fully mixed.
- Add nut butter and toppings. Serve immediately.
3. Savory Breakfast Bowl
Serves: 1
Time: 10–12 minutes
Ingredients
- ½ cup OG Foods Cream of Rice
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Sautéed vegetables (spinach, mushrooms, peppers)
- Optional: egg, avocado, or tofu
Instructions
- Heat vegetable broth in a saucepan until simmering.
- Whisk in Cream of Rice and reduce heat to low.
- Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring often, until thick.
- Season with salt and pepper.

4. Rice Flour Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup OG Foods Cream of Rice
- ½ cup almond flour (or oat flour)
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix wet ingredients together.
- Add dry ingredients and stir until dough forms.
- Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool before serving.
5. No-Bake Energy Bars / Bites

Time: 10 minutes (+ chill time)
Ingredients
- 1 cup OG Foods Cream of Rice
- ½ cup nut butter
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup dried fruit
- 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Press mixture into a lined pan or roll into bite-sized balls.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- Slice into bars or store as bites.
6. Cream of Rice Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup OG Foods Cream of Rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk or plant-based milk
- 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
